Here’s the secret:
Urges peak around 20-30 minutes, and like any wave, they eventually fall.
Next time you feel a wave coming, don’t fight it.
Notice it, feel it rise, let it peak, and watch it fall.
The more you practice, the easier it becomes to surf right over those urges.
