Every designer’s been there, a client who doesn’t know what they want but insists on telling you exactly how to do it.
Don’t take it personally!
Some folks are just having a rough time (or are simply challenging to work with), and it’s often not about you.
Focus on the work itself, build up your portfolio, and remember, this is part of the journey.
Whether it’s outsourcing, activating some serious empathy, or even learning when to fire a client, each experience builds your path to being selective with who you work with.
You’ll reach a point where every project fuels you, not drains you and that’s when you’re truly winning.
