How to Build Charisma the Inspires and Motivates
Want more charisma?
I'm no expert...
But in these #nudenotes, I'm sharing my notes on a post by Oliver Aust.
Here’s how to build real, relatable charisma, the kind that inspires and motivates.
Charisma isn’t something you’re born with.
It’s something you build - through awareness, empathy, and a little bit of strategic sparkle (like these notes).
In a world where connection = currency.
That might just be your greatest edge.
Here's the TL;DR on how do you develop it?
1-Know yourself deeply
2-Care about others genuinely
3-Speak with clarity
4-Carry yourself like you believe in your story
5-Tell stories that stick
6-Smile like you mean it!
Once you’ve built the foundation, it’s about staying sharp:
1-Remember names (and birthdays!)
2-Stay informed so you can contribute
3-Use humour that includes, not excludes
4-Ask great questions. Then actually listen.
5-Bring energy that uplifts the room, not just fills it.
Charisma fuels trust, opens doors, and brings others along for the ride.
Not because you're loud, but because you're real.
