Motivation comes in many forms - but there is still good and bad ways to motivate. Many companies still use the bad ones!

These often lead to the inevitable unhappiness, burnout, or becoming a toxic element in the workplace (uh oh, danger ahead!).

If you want positive, sustainable motivation.
We need to keep it positive and intrinsic.

To keep everyone effective and efficient.
So we can all do our best work.
