No one can really control their emotions, we're only human, after all!
As Nawal says:
"They are ingrained in our biology and come up based on how we process the situation. What we can do is learn to modify our reactions when they do not fit the situation."
However, we can improve our skills through frameworks and different processing methods.
You won't always find solutions to those feelings, or stop what triggers them.
But you'll be better able to navigate your reaction to them. That's all we can do!
