Do you give awesome feedback?

Is it balanced?
Is it helpful?
Is it descriptive?
Is it actionable?
Is it specific?

I've said it before, but I'll say it again here... If we were all a little better at it there would be a lot less imposter syndrome, wellbeing issues and there would be a lot happier people making incredible work.
