What makes a SUCCESSFUL project kick off?

Each project has it's own unique parameters, people and goals.
If you don't start off in the right direction, you may never end up where you want to be.

1 degree off in the beginning, and you could be miles off at the end.

They need to be robust and strong to support the building (project) above.

They also set the tone of the project, ensuring everyone is motivated, aligned and focused on the goals.

I can say from personal experience the start of a project is possibly the most important phase.
