The best way to be productive consistenly is to embed yourself in a routine. Like my dad always use to say "proper planning prevents piss poor performance".

A productive day doesn't start on the day, it starts the night before!

Forging new habits and routines is hard, it take perseverance and a willingness to try something new. It's also not a one and done thing, you'll need to re-evaluate and adapt it to your life.
