When I’m not writing my nudenotes, I’m usually BBQ-ing, whatever the weather. So when Grillstock released their own BBQ cookbook, I had to have it. Grillstock is one of my favourite places to eat, even though our nearest venue closed (which was devastating), so replicating their amazingly juicy, succulent BBQ food was something that I had to do.
I now have a spice pantry, full of an array of flavourful spices and herbs, which I use to recreate Grillstock’s in-house rubs. If anyone hasn’t eaten at Grillstock, I highly recommend it - if there isn’t one near you, then just use the recipes from their book. You won’t regret it.
Even I will admit, this nudenote was pretty random. I came across this infographic on Pinterest (again) and found it an interesting way to ready about which knives are best in which cooking situation. I honestly wasn’t just browsing the Nisbets’ blog!
