I haven’t read James McCrae’s book Sh#t Your Ego Says: Strategies to Overthrow Your Ego and Become the Hero of Your Story, but after reading this list I think this book will need to be added to my list.

Maybe one day this book will become another #nudenotes series.

This week's #booknotes , part 6 of my notes on Creative Strategy and the Business of Design by @dquejuan - What They Say Versus What We Hear

This time the importance of being fluent in the language spoken in the room, to ensure clarity of communication, ensuring everyone remains focused.

Never really thought about it like this until reading this book.

But it makes perfect sense... understanding perspectives and the way people communicate their goals or needs is essential to delivering the right business or design solution.
